We first learned about the new Honda pure-electric Fit less than a year ago and a production model has already made its way to Torrance, CA. The arrival of the EV Fit is part of Honda's plan to get real world feedback for the car.

One lucky Honda driver will get to test the Fit EV and provide real world feedback to Honda. The other reason this is good news is because after Honda gathers feedback, Honda Gallery expects Honda will be releasing the Fit EV sometime this summer.

Despite the EV Fit not being in full production mode quite yet, Honda Gallery, located in Reading MA, does have a some information on it. The charge time is quick, at just 3 hours (using a 240-volt charger) and it has an impressive driving range of 123 city miles. The other great thing about the Honda EV Fit is it's looks. Unlike other EV cars, the Fit maintains a sporty look that will be the envy of any driver.
