Given the fact the Honda Civic GX Natural Gas has won the "Greenest Vehicle" title for the past eight years, triumphing even EVs, Honda Gallery can't say we're surprised the Civic NGV was more recently named the "2012 Green Car of the Year" by the Green Car Journal.
