Everybody I dealt with was friendly, extremely nice, no one tried to pressure me into anything I didn't want. In fact, Chris and Carlo went way above and beyond the call of duty. 

I hadn't planned on actually buying my car that day--or at least hadn't planned on taking it home that day--but Carlo drove my trade-in and came back to me and said the brakes were SO bad on that car that he didn't want me driving home (23 mi.)in it. He was adament, and I could tell he really had my safety in mind.

I had things I had to do, and the car (new one) wasn't going to be ready for a few hours, so Chris became my personal chauffeur for a few hours! Including taking me to where I was dog-sitting, so I could let the dogs out! Amazing!

I knew what I wanted when I went in, no one tried to get me to add things to it (I said I didn't want or need anything extra), the price was under $20,000, and I had figured it would be more like $25,000 when I first started looking.

I had talked with a friend who had purchased a FIT there last year, and not only had she raved about the car, but she highly praised the people and the service. I can see why. They sure bent over backwards for me!

I would especially like to thank Chris for understanding my wants and needs, for being a super chauffeur (!), for being a great, patient guy, and now, already, an old friend. I hope he is still there when I go back in 10 yrs. to trade in this car!

And thank you, Carlo, for caring enough about your customers to not send THIS one out in an unsafe car!
