Our Staff Spotlight

June  2016: Ed Wallace

Everyone, meet Ed! Ed has been with Honda Gallery for 5 years now. Previously our Service Dispatcher, he has recently transitioned into a new role as Service Director. With 23 years in the industry, he is a wealth of knowledge and we are excited to see him grow in his new role! Always willing to help out his fellow employees and provide a fresh perspective, we know he will continue to do great things in our service department.

When not at work, Ed loves going to Patriots games and singing along to oldies music. He will spend the summer soaking up the sun with his family and friends. Hopefully we can all follow Ed's lead and do the same!

May 2016: Burton Broadstone

Burton Broadstone is this month's staff spotlight! Originally from Loudon, New Hampshire, Burton joined the Honda Gallery Team as one of our Sales Managers. Coming up on his 24th year in the car business, he is committed to making our customers happy. When asked about his favorite part of his job he let us know that he loves the people that he gets to interact with day in and day out.

When he's not at Honda Gallery he enjoys spending time with his wife and children; his fifth is on the way (that's his fifth child, not wife)! This summer he's looking forward to taking in some sun. Living on an island, he shared that being on the beach is definitely at the top of his list of favorite summer time activities. He and his kids love to go tubing behind their boat, and on warm days Burton likes to take out his Ducati Scrambler. Let's hope that this summer is full of sunny days, and everyone has some time to check off items on their summer bucket lists!

April 2016: Michael Martinez
Meet Michael Martinez, Honda Gallery's General Sales Manager. Originally form Scituate, MA; Mike's beein the car business for 17 years. He's a wealth of knowledge and a true asset to the Honda Gallery team.  We're lucky to have Mike because one of his favorite parts of his job is the ability to build our business through personal relationships. He makes it a goal to change the stigma attached to the car buying process and welcome every customer that walk through our door!

When he's not at work Mike loves spending time outdoors. Even though we live in New England and the weather can sometimes be a little crazy, Mike is really looking forward to spring. When he does have a chance to grab some sun outside of work, he's excited to ride his motorcycle and participate in other fun outdoor activities. If you happen to see him out on his bike be sure to give him a wave!

March 2016: Nick Haley
Meet Big Nick! Nick Haley has been at Honda Gallery for almost 5 years now. He is one of our wonderful Service Advisers, our resident IT computer/printer fixer, and a previous client specialist, registry associate, assistant office manager, and financial services manager. When it comes to Honda Gallery Nick has pretty much done it all, and he's not afraid to share his knowledge with anyone who comes through our doors.Nick loves his job. When we asked him what it is like to be a part of our Service Department team he said his favorite part of his job was .The benefit of being able to control productivity and success as well as the frequency (hopefully not too frequent in the service department!) of seeing his regular clients and new customers. He feels lucky to be able to set and exceed expectations one experience at a time!

Speaking of feeling lucky, with St. Patrick's day coming up, we asked Nick what makes him feel most lucky.  He told us about how he was growing out his beard for his birthday and this spring. Next time you are at Honda Gallery be sure to stop into our service department and tell Nick how great his new beard looks!

February 2016: Carlo Giovannucci
Giancarlo "Carlo" Giovannucci is our Used Car Sales Manager here at Honda Gallery. He's been in the business for 10 years, but his love of cars goes way beyond that. In 2008 Carlo was ranked as number 1 sales in New England; he had the top sales volume selling 370 cars.  Carlo has loved cars from the very start; he carried around a plastic steering wheel as a child and would pretend to be driving all the time. When it comes to his work, Carlo has done just about everything. He started out as a lot attendant at a small dealership, and his job was to make sure that all the cars looked perfect. One day the owner was short staffed and let him try his hand at selling cars; he sold two cars that day and the rest is history!  Today, as a Sales Manager for Honda Gallery he loves to interact with any and all customers that come through our doors.  Living in Wakefield gives him the ability to see many of our customers around town, and hear how much they love their car! His customers are important to him because they are his neighbors and friends; they are a part of his community.

When he's not at our dealership he loves watching HGTV , and spending time with his two little girls. They love to go to the park and Plaster Fun Time. Not much has changed since childhood because Carlo still loves cars, motorcycles and anything with an engine; he continues this passion outside of work!
January 2016: Mike Antosca

With the first week of 2016 coming to a close we would like to extend a warm welcome to our new General Manager here at Honda Gallery. Mike Antosca, originally from Foxboro, MA, is a seasoned professional in the automotive industry. When asked about his years in the business he let us know it was "over 30 and under 100!'

In those 30+ years Mike has learned that there are many wonderful aspects to what he does. His favorite part of is job is being able to watch the excitement in customers buying a new vehicle. He also takes joy in being able to watch employees grow in their careers. This year he hopes to continue to do what he loves and his New Year's resolution is to exercise more. Here's to a great year of everyone achieving their goals!
